JCF Partner Resources
Our desire is to build partnerships through grant awarding, relationship building, and mutual sharing of resources and opportunities.
Grant Application Process
We will diversify our grants among key partners, strategic grants, and sponsorships/donations-in-kind. By doing so, JCF grants will have an impact through volunteer engagement, organization exposure, and fund sourcing of both established and start up nonprofits.
Grant Management Requirements
In an effort to facilitate accountability and remain connected to the ongoing needs of JCF’s Partnerships, a requirement of the grant partnership is a bi-annual management report.
Partnership Tiers
-
A key partner is a nonprofit organization whose work embodies JCF’s values, promotes synergy among local organizations, provides opportunities for JCF volunteers to donate their time, and embraces the mutual benefits of partnership through promotion of JCF sponsored programs, buildings, or initiatives.
Key Partners may make grant requests year-round through JCF’s grant request application
This is a long-term partnership (minimum of 5 years)
JCF will use social media to recognize and share Key Partners
Key Partners will provide opportunities to have JCF branded programs, buildings, and initiatives
-
A strategic grant is for a nonprofit organization whose work embodies JCF’s values.
Strategic grant requests can be made twice annually (January & July) through JCF’s grant request application
This is a short-term partnership (a year or less)
Strategic grants will receive social media recognition on a case by case basis as best fits JCF
-
A sponsorship or donation-in-kind is an opportunity for JCF to support nonprofit organizations through event fundraising and provide supplies and tangible gifts.
Sponsorship and donation-in-kind requests can be made throughout the year
Sponsorship and donations-in-kind have no specific time commitment
Social media recognition is on a case by case basis as best fits JCF
