JCF Grant Partnership Application

Grant Application Process

We will diversify our grants among key partners, strategic grants, and sponsorships/donations-in-kind. By doing so, JCF grants will have an impact through volunteer engagement, organization exposure, and fund sourcing of both established and start up nonprofits.

Within this process, the JCF Executive Director and, at times, the Board of Directors will be regularly involved in the work of each of our partnerships through hands-on sharing of resources, event attendance, communication platforms, and volunteer opportunities.

What to Expect:

  • Intake meeting with Executive Director for consideration

  • Invitation to nonprofit to submit Grant Application

  • Site visit by Executive Director and Board Members

  • Final approval by Executive Director and Board Members

  • Signed Memorandum of Understanding submitted annually

  • Either party may cancel or terminate this MOU with a 60-day written notice, made available to all parties involved. Any and all modifications or amendments to this MOU must be agreed upon, submitted in writing, and signed by ALL parties involved.

  • Upon signing this MOU, all parties agree to uphold and maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality regarding any client, agency referral, organization, volunteer, and/or staff information.
