Grant Management Requirements

In an effort to facilitate accountability and remain connected to the ongoing needs of JCF’s Partnerships, the following will take place:

  • Monthly (Key Partners) & Quarterly (Strategic Grants) Check-In by Executive Director

  • Annual Impact Report Submitted

  • Yearly Site Visit by Executive Director and possible Board Member(s)

Our Process

  • Provide grants

  • Sponsor fundraising efforts

  • Offer donations-in-kind

#2 Engage

  • Mobilize volunteers

  • Develop intentional relationships

  • Leverage existing resources to increase impact

#3 Encourage

  • Acknowledge the need

  • Maintain longevity

  • Create exposure

  • Champion the mission

Key Partnership Impact Report

JCF values deep, relational partnerships and we live that out through Funding, Engaging, and Encouraging nonprofits in order for them to meet the needs of the unhoused through hands-on work. JCF desires to come alongside them to make that work easier and increase their organizational capacity.
